Her work is deeply rooted in her own lived experience with miscarriage and pregnancy after loss, and she is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel supported in the messy, complex realities of motherhood. She lives with her husband, their two rainbow babies, and their beloved fur baby.
