A New Era:
Navigating Next Steps After Loss
Free Workshop
Hosted by Kristin Mundy
Loss Mom, Doula, and PAL Educator
This gathering is not about rushing toward another pregnancy or bypassing your pain.
It’s about remembering you — your body, your spirit, your needs — and learning how to nurture the woman who remains.
There comes a time when the fog quietly begins to lift.
Your heart is still broken.
You barely recognize the woman staring back at you in the mirror.
But you know you can’t stay exactly where you’ve been.
You start to whisper to yourself: What’s next for me? Who am I now?
You may not be “ready” to try again. You may not even know what “ready” means anymore. But something inside you knows: there has to be more than just surviving.
A New Era:
Navigating Next Steps After Loss
A workshop for loss mamas standing at the edge of that tender question — what now?
Not quite where you were, not yet where you’re going… just aware that something in you is shifting. Maybe you’re wondering if you’ll ever want to try again. Maybe you feel a pull toward a future baby, a new calling, or simply a life that feels more like you again — but you don’t know how to begin.
Together, we’ll explore:
Releasing survival mode – softening the parts of you that have been holding it all together for so long.
Honouring your grief – finding ways to carry your baby’s memory with tenderness, love, and integration.
Rebuilding trust with your body – learning to listen to its rhythms again, rebuild confidence, and understand its cues with compassion.
Staying open for what’s to come – holding space for both your healing and the quiet possibility of hope, whether that’s: a future pregnancy, trying again when it feels right, a new passion or purpose, or simply a deeper peace within yourself.
We’ll also talk about:
How to know when you’re ready — not just for trying again, but for re-engaging with life in a way that feels true for you.
Why small daily rituals and acts of self care are not luxuries, but anchors in your healing.
How to advocate for yourself and your needs as you take these next steps — in conversations, in care settings, and in your relationships.
This is a space to gently rediscover who you are now — a mother forever changed by love and loss, one that is still worthy of softness, support, and yes -- even joy!

Questions You Might Have:
-
If you’re pregnant again after loss, whether that’s miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth or infant loss, I want you to know: this space was made with you in mind. You don’t have to be at any particular “stage” of pregnancy to come. You just have to be here, carrying life again while also carrying grief. That’s more than enough.
-
We’ll talk about what it means to live in that in-between space, between hope and heartbreak. I’ll guide you through tools and gentle practices to help soothe your nervous system, stay connected to your body and baby, and prepare for birth in a way that feels safe and sacred. This isn’t a clinical checklist or sugar-coated talk. This is real, raw, and tender — like us.
-
Yes. One real-time offering from one PAL mama to another, because I know how isolating this path can feel, and you deserve to be supported in a way that actually gets it. If you stay to the end, I’ll share a bit about The Haven, my PAL support program.
-
We’ll be together for about 60 to 90 minutes. Enough time to exhale, soften, and gather a few new tools for the road ahead. You’re welcome to stay for as much or as little as you need.
-
There will be! If life or grief or timing gets in the way, I’ve got you. You’ll get a replay link after the live call if you're registered. But if you can join us live, there’s something pretty special about being in the room, even if your camera stays off the whole time.
-
No, the interactive part of this workshop is via chat – and not mandatory at all. Just show up however you are. You’re welcome here in whatever way feels safest.

You don’t have to be ready. I wasn’t either. None of us really are. If you feel the pull, even just a whisper, that this might be something your heart is asking for, I’d love for you to come. There’s no pressure to be anything other than exactly who and where you are. And if today isn’t the day? That’s okay too.
