Hey Mama….

If you’ve been through the heartbreak of pregnancy or infant loss – and you’re now pregnant again (or maybe thinking about trying to conceive…)

This is for you.

  • 3 tools to help you move through fear & anxiety to better connect with yourself, your baby and your community

  • Ways to rebuild trust in yourself and your body so you can take back your power and control of this pregnancy

  • How to confidently advocate for yourself and your baby with my 5 part framework

There’s this idea that…

Pregnancy after loss is about holding your breath and just getting through it –
as if the only thing that matters is a living baby at the end.

(And I get it, I felt that way once.)

But the truth is, you don’t have to white-knuckle your way through it.
You deserve to celebrate this pregnancy too.

There is space in your heart for the baby you lost and the baby you’re carrying.
There’s space for grief and for joy.

You don’t have to just survive this pregnancy – with the right tools, support and education, you can also feel connected, grounded, and empowered as you bring your earth-baby home.

In this workshop…

I’ll share the strategies I used and implement with my clients on how to move through fear and anxiety, regain trust in your body, and find connection in your pregnancy after loss

You deserve more than just surviving your pregnancy – you deserve a supported, informed, calm and even healing experience

Here’s exactly what you’ll get out of this workshop:

  • A clear method for creating more space to connect with your baby

  • Gain clarity on what your fears may be (and how to handle them)

  • The five questions you need to ask when making decisions in your pregnancy and birth

  • A framework to help you decipher your boundaries from day one

  • Daily activities that'll help deepen your connection with your baby

  • A healing visualization practice to bring with you throughout your pregnancy

You’re pregnant again after loss, and every milestone feels like a gift and a reminder of loss

You want to feel less anxious, more grounded, and better able to navigate each day

You’re craving a space where both grief and hope are welcome

You want tools that support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing – in a way that actually feels doable

You’re tired of being told to “just be grateful” when what you really need is to feel seen

You know in your heart that this pregnancy deserves to be held differently

It’s okay to feel hopeful –- it’s okay to want more

More peace.

More joy.

More excitement.

Let’s learn how to embody this together.

Questions You Might Have:

  • If you’re pregnant again after loss, whether that’s miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth or infant loss, I want you to know: this space was made with you in mind. You don’t have to be at any particular “stage” of pregnancy to come. You just have to be here, carrying life again while also carrying grief. That’s more than enough.

  • We’ll talk about what it means to live in that in-between space, between hope and heartbreak. I’ll guide you through tools and gentle practices to help soothe your nervous system, stay connected to your body and baby, and prepare for birth in a way that feels safe and sacred. This isn’t a clinical checklist or sugar-coated talk. This is real, raw, and tender — like us.

  • Yes. One real-time offering from one PAL mama to another, because I know how isolating this path can feel, and you deserve to be supported in a way that actually gets it. If you stay to the end, I’ll share a bit about The Haven, my PAL support program.

  • We’ll be together for about 60 to 90 minutes. Enough time to exhale, soften, and gather a few new tools for the road ahead. You’re welcome to stay for as much or as little as you need.

  • There will be! If life or grief or timing gets in the way, I’ve got you. You’ll get a replay link after the live call if you're registered. But if you can join us live, there’s something pretty special about being in the room, even if your camera stays off the whole time.

  • No, the interactive part of this workshop is via chat – and not mandatory at all. Just show up however you are. You’re welcome here in whatever way feels safest.

  • You don’t have to be ready. I wasn’t either. None of us really are. If you feel the pull, even just a whisper, that this might be something your heart is asking for, I’d love for you to come. There’s no pressure to be anything other than exactly who and where you are. And if today isn’t the day? That’s okay too.
