The PAL Support Plan
a workshop for mothers who are pregnant again after loss and need a plan to better navigate this season with more support and less fear
Workshop Hosted by Kristin Mundy
Loss Mom, Doula, and Educator
This workshop is for the mother who is carrying more than one story.
Pregnancy after loss can feel like standing in two worlds at once. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed with gratitude to be pregnant again, but at the same time, also feeling terrified. You may deeply want to connect with your baby, while also battling the need to protect your heart. You may find yourself moving through appointments, milestones, and days with a quiet tension in your body that you just can’t seem to let go.
The PAL Support Plan was created for mothers who are pregnant again after loss, that are longing for support that truly understands the complexities of this journey. A kind of support that doesn’t expect you to rush past your grief or replace the fear you are holding with positivity. This is a space that acknowledges just how much you are actually carrying while offering you specialized care, language, and the right tools to help you move through this season with a sense of steadiness
and loving support by your side.
You do not need to feel hopeful or even ready. You only need a place where all of you is welcome. The PAL Support Plan is that place and will meet you right where you are, with grounding tools, trauma-informed support, and heart led guidance to help you feel safer in your body, more connected to your baby, and informed in your decisions.
Pregnancy after loss is not your average pregnancy.
And yet, most support systems out there treat it as if it is.
We often hear, “just stay positive”, “this time it’ll be different”, or “everything looks fine.”
But what’s rarely addressed is what’s happening inside your body and nervous system. The trauma that still lives there. That trauma often comes up in your pregnancy after loss looking like mounting fears, a high level of hypervigilance, or like you are constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop.
The PAL Support Plan exists because pregnancy after loss doesn’t need more pressure, or expectations. What it needs is a place of safety, a deeper level of understanding and actual tools that are going to help you move through those really tough moments.
You do not have to just survive this pregnancy – with the right tools, support and knowledge, you can also feel more connected, grounded, and empowered as you prepare to bring your earthside baby home.

Guided visualizations to help regulate your fears and reconnect with your why
Downloadable workbook with gentle reflection prompts to help you implement what you learn and gain clarity
No live calls or pressure to “show up.”
Just support that meets you exactly where you are.
In this workshop…
I’ll share the strategies I used and implement with my clients on how to move through fear and anxiety, regain trust in your body, and find connection in your pregnancy after loss
You deserve more than just surviving your pregnancy – you deserve a supported, informed, calm and even healing experience
During our time together,
we’ll explore…
Why survival mode is so common in pregnancy after loss — and how to gently soften it
How to understand your fear without letting it take over your pregnancy
The difference between intuition and anxiety (and how to decipher which is showing up)
Stategegies to rebuild trust in yourself and your body so you can take back your power and what your are in control of in this pregnancy
Tools to help your nervous system feel safer in appointments and unknown moments
Gain clarity on what your fears may be (and how to handle them)
Ways to reconnect with your body, your baby, and your support system
This is not about “fixing” anything. It’s about learning how best support yourself while you move through this courageous season, in a world that does not often understand.
This workshop is for you if…
You are currently pregnant after a loss and finding that this pregnancy feels very different than you expected
You feel like you’re white-knuckling your way from appointment to appointment, just trying to get through
You carry fear, hypervigilance, and “what if” thoughts, even on days when things are going well
You struggle to feel fully present or connected to your body, this pregnancy, or your baby because it feels safer to stay guarded
You feel isolated, even if you have support, because pregnancy after loss is something very few people truly understand
You want real tools and guidance, not toxic positivity, platitudes, or pressure to “just be grateful”
You want to understand what’s happening in your body and nervous system, and learn how to work with it instead of against it
You’re craving a way to feel more supported, informed, and grounded through this pregnancy — not just to survive it
You want to move through this chapter with more care, more choice, and more support, even if fear is still present
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Kristin’s Story
On my motherhood journey, I lost 4 of my babies, including my daughter Vienna and son William before I carried my first living daughter home with me.
Each pregnancy after my first miscarriage was an emotional rollercoaster. What was meant to be a beautiful, pivotal time in my life also became an incredibly stressful, isolating experience – filled with the highest of highs and also the lowest lows.
And everything I was feeling only intensified as we approached my due date, where the risk of losing my baby, and having my heart broken once again, was at an all time high.
As a seasoned doula, I expected to be prepared for the complicated emotions of pregnancy and birth – and yet I was totally taken off guard by how completely isolated I felt – and how difficult it was to find others who actually understood what I was going through.
After the moment I thought would never come, and I finally held my beautiful daughter safely in my arms – I made a promise to myself that I would do whatever I could to make sure no other mother had to go through her pregnancy after loss feeling all alone – ever again.
You do not have to go through your pregnancy after loss alone.
If your pregnancy has been feeling heavy, isolating, or overwhelming — this workshop was created with you in mind. Watch when it feels right. Pause when you need to. Return whenever you need to be reminded that you are never alone in this journey.
