“Nothing About It Felt Easy” — Lindsay Hall on Twin Loss and the Road Through Pregnancy After Loss

Lindsay Hall joins me to share her story of infertility, a twin pregnancy, and the devastating loss of her daughter Rosalind after childbirth. In this episode, Lindsay opens up about giving birth to both twins, bringing Josephine home while navigating postpartum grief, and how motherhood after loss asked more of her than she ever expected. She also reflects on her later pregnancy after loss with her daughter Scarlett, and how fear, grief, and hope followed her into that chapter as well.

We talk about:

  • Infertility and fertility treatments

  • Discovering a twin pregnancy

  • Giving birth to twins and experiencing postpartum loss

  • Losing Rosalind and bringing Josephine home

  • Navigating postpartum grief while parenting

  • The long-term impact of loss on motherhood

  • Pregnancy after loss with Scarlett

  • Fear, resilience, and continuing forward after loss

This episode is a tender, powerful reminder that grief and beauty can coexist — and that birth, even in loss, can absolutely be sacred.
