The Held Through Series

You shouldn’t have to navigate this alone.

The Held Through Series is a collection of gentle, guided courses created to support you through pregnancy and infant loss — wherever your story meets it.

Hi mama,

If you’ve found your way to this page, it likely means something has shifted in a way you never expected. And while I wish we were meeting under different circumstances… I’m really glad you found your way here.

My hope is that this space feels like a soft place to land. A place where you can exhale, even just a little.

This isn’t something you have to “get through.”

The Held Through Series was created as a place you can return to, not something you need to move through all at once.

Inside this series, you’ll find four different courses. Each one was created to support a specific experience of loss. Because loss doesn’t look the same for every mother. So, education and support shouldn’t either. You don’t need all of them. You simply choose the one that meets you where you are.

You may be feeling…

  • deeply connected to your baby… or completely numb

  • overwhelmed by decisions you never thought you’d have to make

  • unsure what’s happening in your body

  • like everything changed overnight, and the world kept going

  • like no one around you fully understands what this feels like

You may not even have the language yet for what this means. And if that’s where you are — that’s okay. There is no “right” way to move through this. And no timeline you need to follow. But I want you to know…you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Choose the support that meets you:

Held Through First Trimester Loss

Support for mothers navigating miscarriage, TFMR & early pregnancy loss

A gentle space to help you understand what may be happening in your body, navigate the early decisions that may arise, and feel supported through the emotional weight of early loss.

Held Through Second Trimester Loss

Support for mothers navigating late miscarriage, TFMR & stillbirth

Created for the complexity of loss in the second trimester, when you may have already seen your baby, heard their heartbeat, and begun building a life around them. This space gently supports both the physical experience and the emotional layers that come with it.

Held Through Third Trimester Loss

Support for mothers navigating stillbirth, life-limiting diagnosis & preterm loss

A space to walk with you through one of the most unimaginable experiences, holding both the love for your baby and the reality of what’s ahead. Here, you’ll find guidance, preparation, and support as you move through birth, postpartum, and beyond.

Held Through Infant Loss

Support for mothers navigating infant loss, SIDS & neonatal death

For the mother who has held her baby in her arms and is now learning to live without them. This space offers gentle guidance as you navigate grief, identity, and life after your baby’s passing.

What’s inside each space

Each option is designed to support you both practically and emotionally — because this isn’t just something happening to your body… it’s something you’re carrying in every part of you.

  • gentle, self-paced video modules you can move through slowly

  • a companion workbook to help you process, reflect, and return to

  • clear guidance around what may be happening physically

  • support as you navigate decisions you may be facing

  • tools to support your nervous system when things feel overwhelming

  • space to hold your grief, your love, and everything in between

This is not about fixing your pain. It’s about having somewhere to place it.

This kind of support is different

Most support around loss focuses on the medical side.

And while that matters… it’s only one part of what you’re moving through. Loss isn’t just emotional. It’s mental and physical. It’s something that touches every part of you. This series was created to help you hold every aspect of loss. To walk beside you with care, with honesty, and with support that understands.

Hi, I’m Kristin

I’m a doula, childbirth educator, and a mother of three —
my daughter Sena, who I hold in my arms, and my two babies, Vienna and William, who I carry in my heart.

I’ve been supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and loss for years. But this work became deeply personal after my own experiences with loss. I remember how isolating it felt. How heavy everything was. And how hard I searched for someone who truly understood what I was going through.

And how often that support just… wasn’t there.

This series was created from that place using my professional training and my lived experience with grief and love. So that no mother ever has to piece this together on her own.

You are not alone here.

Find the support that meets you.

If you’re not sure where to begin, trust the place your story feels most reflected.

Your baby matters. Your story matters. And you matter.
